If you’re staying at our house, you will surely want to do some shopping at some point. Here, we will provide you with some information on how to find everything you might need for your holiday easily and quickly.
The nearest petrol station
At petrol stations, you can buy a variety of drinks, snacks, sweets and other tidbits in addition to getting petrol. The nearest petrol station is less than a kilometer from the house and thus very easily accessible.

Mini markets
Most smaller villages have small supermarkets. You can find one of those nearby markets here:

All kinds of shopping
If you want to buy more than just groceries and are looking for clothes, souvenirs, electronic devices etc, you can find all of this at the Parque Atlântico in Ponta Delgada. You can park in the three storey car park. Be careful though, as you can only reach the upper two storeys via the escalators if you have a trolley. The ground floor is only accessible via a lift, which can be a little inconvenient at times. The building also houses a cinema as well as a variety of opportunities to have cheap food. You can find salads (“vitaminas”), typical dishes as well as fast food (Burger King, KFC, pizza) there.

For smaller shopping trips, you might consider taking a trip to Nordeste. Here, you can find a couple of smaller shops in the centre.
