Getting to our house from the airport will take you around 40 minutes and the way is easy to find.

The best route is to follow the dual carriageway EN 1-1A toward Lagoa and Ribeira Grande. This street then transitions into the E-S, which you should follow further.
After 12km you will pass Lagoa and follow the signs to Ribeira Grande, Nordeste (via norte). The street will take you towards the North now, and cuts across the island for about 7km.
At the end of the dual carriageway, keep right onto the EN 1-1A. Follow this street for 29km, even when it transitions into the newly built E-N, up to the exit Achada (not Achadinha, that’s one exit too early!)
In the following two roundabouts, take the first exit in the first, and the second in the second. Now the street will lead you for a further 2km directly to the house by the entrance to the village Feteira Pequena (on your left).
